Senior Analyst—Quantitative Research—Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

At SurveyHub, we provide these through by supporting clients in their online primary research by building and administering surveys, as well as, conducting data analytics and presenting the analysis in a visually appealing way. Work you will do
Quantitative Research – Questionnaire design, Survey developmment and administration
Provide meaningful inputs, in terms of logic, flow and presentation of the question(s) to project leads/Deloitte practitioners, while developing the survey questionnaire. Review questionnaire for logical consistency, completeness, and best representation of survey questions.
Monitor survey status and provide regular updates and interim trends.
Follows the service delivery approach laid down by the manager/client.
Provide inputs in scoping and developing proposal docuements entailing research design and analysis plan.
Data analysis and visualisation
Create analysis template inline with the analytical plan to address the project objectives.
Conduct analysis and present them in visually appealing and meaningful format
Check for consistency and accuracy of outputs and data files prior to delivery.
Work on analysis tools like PPT, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik Sense, R and Python to conduct analysis.
Synthesise qualitative and quantitative data quickly and draw meaningful insights.
Client, Projects, and Team Management
Handle multiple quantitative research projects of moderate to high complexity levels independently.
Consistently engage with the Deloitte practitioners/leaders (over IM, telephone, and email) to deliver error free deliverables, while managing the communication flow throughout.
Demonstrate deep understanding of consulting business and professional services, as well as, research process and analytical frameworks.
Extend ongoing support (or lead) to a business unit strategy initiative around business development, knowledge management, quality, process improvement, etc.
Ensure all production is done in compliant with the process guidelines and client specific guidelines.
Coordinate with 1-2 team members (if required by project) and ensure superior product quality and completion of ongoing projects within stipulated timelines.
Provide meaningful inputs to Assistant manager/Manager/Executive manager on the junior team members, while their goal setting and performance appraisal.
Ensure data confidentiality, integrity and protection of company’s intellectual property.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Science, Engineering, or Business graduate; Masters and MBAs will be preferred.
Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
Up to 6 years of experience in Quantitative research (i.e., questionnaire design, Survey Programming & Analysis)
Proficiency PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and survey development tools such as ConfirmIt are essential.
Experience of working with corporate brand guidelines and templates
Excellent oral and written communication skills
General understanding of the management consulting environment
Flair for creative problem solving, flexibility to manage multiple projects, and prioritization
Knowledge and working experience in other analysis tools like MS Access, MS Excel (macros), SPSS, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, R, Qlik Sense and Python will be added advantage
Ability to quickly synthesize qualitative and quantitative data and draw meaningful insights
Understanding of frameworks pertaining to various Consumer studies, such as Buying behavior, Market potential assessment, Brand perception study, and Campaign effectiveness assessment studies
