Supporting Actions
Renewal Management
Distribute renewal cases shared by the operations team among team members in the beginning of the year, and ensure timely follow-up with clients for the same
Ensure that any revisions are required by the client in the terms of the policy are incorporated
Ensure that terms and policy requirements are uploaded on the QMS system to share with the quotes team in a timely manner
Present the Quotes Comparison Report (QCR) to the client
Support negotiation of terms and premium amount with the insurers
Share final terms with the quotes team, and ensure that the premium payment cheque is collected from the client
Send the cheque to the insurer, and upload a scanned copy on the QMS system
Ensure that the insurer shares a signed stamped copy of the cheque
Ensure a risk held cover letter from the insurer is received for interim cover, as required in different cases
Ensure that sales templates are filled on the system and important documents are attached and shared with the operations team for booking the revenue
Follow up with the insurer for the policy document
Share the final policy document with the client after scrutiny by the quotes team, and upload a copy on the system
Ensure that the process for the client till they receive the final policy document is smooth
Manage escalations from team members or clients as required
Client Servicing & Cross Selling
Collaborate with the Wellness team to draw-up an annual calendar for wellness activities in consultation with the group medi-claim client (starting with policy awareness)
Respond to escalations (eg. for endorsements, claims settlement, queries, new business or other issues) received from team members or clients in a prompt manner
Liaise with the insurer and claims team for facilitating claims settlement, or other stakeholders for ensuring quick resolution of the issue
Engage with the client to understand other general insurance needs that could be serviced by ABIBL
Key Stakeholder Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at the insurance companies to ensure competitive quotes are received in a timely manner
Visit insurance companies regularly to ensure continuous engagement with different stakeholders
Compliance, MIS & Reporting
Ensure all SOPs and TATs are adhered to, and all documentation (eg. sales templates, etc.) are complete to enable timely booking of business
Share monthly renewal report to operations team as per prescribed format on AUM
Share regular updates with regional head

Qualifications:
Bachelor Of Commerce

Minimum Experience Level:
5-7 Years

Joint Vice President
