The Role Responsibilities

Helping the FM Sales Head and his/her team with the following:

Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly MIS
Assist in preparation of PPTs for Country and Group meetings on the Sales business

Preparation of desk summary and updates at various frequencies

Assist in resolution of missing/discrepant sales data with internal stakeholders
HR Related Assistant to all Teams– To demonstrate discretion in HR related matters:

Tracking Leave and ensuring all take their leave and approval in place through people wise.
Learning and Development Plan
Job Descriptions
Job Objectives
Dealer Mandates
Audit files to be updated
Helping the New Joinees with the SRM etc
Offboarding checklist and exit pack

Administration – Ensure that the following activities :

Schedule of meetings (whether in person or by video / audio conferences) with internal and external parties.
Travel arrangements for business trips within and outside the country.
Organizing Regional conferences, seminars, joint meetings, other events when required.
Accommodation, transport, meeting room and scheduling to be taken care for visitors especially. internal and group
Filing to be organized (Manual and Electronic)
Payment of vendor bills
Maintenance of group / client visitors register
Charity work as team

People and Talent
Team and working Relationship –

To achieve the required contribution to team performance through effective working relationships with colleagues.
Actively and independently follow through on the actionables raised by the Head of India & Nepal FM Sales with internal stakeholders, including the direct / matrix team
Officiate as PA to FM Head and TM while they are on leave

Compliance Work within the Bank’s compliance rules on process and procedures

Regulatory & Business Conduct

Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
