The Team

The Global Ratings Recruitment team is dedicated to the expansion and development of colleagues in the Credit Ratings space.

We will be globally distributed with colleagues in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

All the team have great in-depth experience in recruitment and are looking forward to the challenge of supporting building an incredible business in high growth mode.

Responsibilities

Source potential and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing and multiple other job boards.

Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging by clearly articulating S&P Global Ratings value proposition.

Maintain real time database of the talent pipeline.

Ensure regular communication with client teams to track submitted applicant progress.

Conduct initial assessment of candidate suitability.

Recommend and drive improvements with recruiters and interviewing teams to effectively screen and assess talent.

Develop a pipeline of talent for current open roles and future hiring needs.

Provide a world class candidate experience. Ensuring that every candidate is communicated appropriately and given an open and honest view of working with S&P Global.

What we’re Looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment domain.

Experience or exposure to Workday is added advantage.

Experience in sourcing and screening profiles as per the given job requirements using various channels and application tracking system like Workday, job boards, social networking sites

In depth experience of working in a Recruitment supplier or in-house role, where the focus is on sourcing and delivering high quality talent to a business.

Be able to demonstrate the breadth of candidate sourcing methods and tools you have used and especially how you have innovated in sourcing.

Direct approach experience is essential. We work in a competitive market and need to be very proactive and engage the best talent directly.

Outstanding relationship management skills and experience of building strong relationships with a business to deliver the very best results.

Excellent communications skills with stakeholders, partners, colleagues, candidates etc.

Proven experience of innovation and creativity in Talent Sourcing.
