Project: Mace is providing project management consultancy services for the proposed residential development spread over an area of 24 acres. This comprise of 4 clusters, infrastructure for complete development which includes club house/community centre, ESR, fire tender ramps, hardscape and softscapes, and other services and structures.
Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and managing the store planning and construction timelines and budgets.
Overseeing and ensuring the contractors and vendors’ quality workmanship, service levels and risk management.
Leading site visits and walk-through with various stakeholders.
Understanding procurement process and logistics and proactively managing to ensure timely delivery of the project.
Contributing to the creation of store planning project management and construction processes and procedures.
Monitoring and assessing continuously the project risk, managing and escalating appropriately.
Contributing with project bidding, managing purchase orders and payment processes.
Managing deliveries of material samples, mock-ups and finished goods.
Creating punch lists and following through on the correction of defects.
Organising and participating actively in documents and project meetings to ensure accountability and follow-up.
Monitoring consistently the project costs and proposing value engineering ideas.
Preparing project updates and related internal communications.
Collecting and organising all required project close-out documents, certificate of occupancy and internal audit documentation.
Managing and developing professional vendor relationships.

About you
You have a relevant degree qualification and a member of a professional body. You have proven experience in assisting store managers to handle store works of a largescale residential building. You have good computer skills are preferable, experience in day to day store operation like inward & outward material, keeping records & reconciliation of material is required.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships. You will have experience/background in the hotel, hospitality, residential and/or commercial project experience from start through to completion within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike.
