FRDC

The Finance, Risk, Data and Controls Technology (FRDC) organization develops applications and provides technology support for corporate functions across JPMorgan Chase, including Global Finance, Corporate Treasury, Risk Management, Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, and all functions within the Corporate Administrative Office (CAO).

FRDC teams are aligned with corporate partners’ evolving technology needs and the firm’s ever expanding technology controls agenda.

Responding to the evolving regulatory environment and helping to meet the firm’s regulatory commitments by addressing internal and external commitments
Advancing the firm’s Roadmap programs – Single Sourcing of data, Architecture Convergence, and Rationalization of Application Portfolio and Platforms
Adopting industry leading technologies to support best-in-class business capabilities for high performance computing and data storage solutions
Driving innovation across the firm’s corporate technology portfolio, increasing efficiencies through process automation and Agile application development, with an emphasis on user experience and shorter development cycles
Investing in security & controls for cyber, access/entitlements uplift, data protection and application resiliency

FRDC>RCC: The Risk, Compliance and Controls (RCC) Technology team delivers a wide range of technology solutions to support the firm’s Risk Management functions (Credit Risk, Market Risk, Country Risk, Operational Risk, Reputational Risk), Compliance functions (Trade Surveillance, Financial Crimes, Electronic Communication, Employee Compliance), and Control functions (first and second line of defense controls).

Key Responsibilities:

The application is built on RSA Archer GRC Platform 6.8/6.9 and built for Incident Management and Compliance Management implementation. The person filling this role will spend the majority of his/her time on implementation of application enhancements/defects, with some time dedicated to assisting with environment and testing issues, assisting with story writing and responding to PROD support items as they arise.

BE/MTech degree or equivalent experience

Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines

Understanding of architecture and design across all systems

Working proficiency in developmental toolsets

Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices

Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals

Passionate about building an innovative culture

Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages

Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement

Demonstrated experience utilizing RSA Archer platforms and technologies for development of mission-critical enterprise applications

Experience in building platform independent scalable UI in RSA Archer GRC 8.x platform

Exposure working with different integration methods supported by RSA Archer GRC (Rest, Soap, etc.,)

Knowledge of reporting architecture.

5+ years’ experience building scalable enterprise level applications in RSA Archer GRC platform.

Knowledge in .NET and UI Technologies like JS/Ajax, Angular JS is preferred.

Experience working in Scrum, T shape Adaptability and willingness and flexibility to switch roles (e.g. developer, tester, requirements gathering and grooming, support)

Working knowledge of utilizing and administering Software Configuration Management (SCM) tools (e.g. Git, Subversion) for software development

The requirement is for a combination or only of the skillset based on the RSA Archer GRC Platform exposure in developing/supporting the applications built on the RSA Archer GRC Platform with reasonable .NET skillset as well.
