The Role: Talent Researcher (US Staffing)

Grade : 8A

The Location: Hyderabad

This role is responsible to shape focus on diversity and continuous improvements in the quality, time to fill, and cost of hiring

Responsibilities:
The sourcing specialist executes the recommended sourcing strategy using priority sourcing channels, conducts initial phone screens, maintains candidate data and provides recruiters with highly qualified, experienced candidates.

Mine internal and external databases for qualified candidates; contribute to the candidate pipeline database

Ability to authentically represent the brand in the market and effectively filter the highest quality prospects

Adhere to sourcing process, defined SLA, consistency, performance targets, and delivery timelines.

Attract and Source the highest caliber candidates in a cost effective and time efficient manner with the ability source beyond LinkedIn, with the ability to continually innovate/maximize sourcing strategies

Participate in the intake meetings with recruiter to understand the role & Hiring manager expectations on the talent

Contribute towards recruiting team projects and identify and contribute to process improvements

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelors Degree with 4-8 years experience in Technology Recruitment

Strong written and oral communication skills — comfortable presenting to small/large groups

In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market

Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders

Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN.

Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).

Good organizational skills, industry knowledge, interpreting technology trends, compensation and benefits, knowledge of competitors at the base level and knowledge of the market indicators which affect experienced hiring
