Roles and Responsibilities
Minimum 2+ experience as process trainer/ process coach in an MNC for US projects
Willing to learn new and multiple processes
Implement new interactive training plans and training methods
Create online questionnaires and surveys related to the processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Have the ability to train freshers from the scratch on the projects
Monitor the progress of the trainees and provide constructive feedback
Monitor exiting agents’ performance and provide re-training to non-performers
Technology Skills
MS Office
Google Suite
