Job Description :
Bachelor Degree with 1-5 years of experience in operations
Experience of warehouse experience is preferable/ Experience of Amazon or similar systems
Proficiency in MS Excel
Outstanding interpersonal and coaching skills
Command over English language is must

One of the most critical roles is that of a Process Assistant who mentor/guide the associates towards ensuring meeting the customer expectation by following our standard work practice keeping safety & quality in mind. Job Deliverables: o Daily Management of shift from Learning Perspective. o Administrative management of associates o Job allocation to associates o Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety. o Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues. o Understanding the SJIs and SOPs o Skill building and knowledge transfers to the associates. o Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans o Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates o Conduct various audit in regards to process and people quality on a daily basis o Stand-in for Area Manager Key job responsibilities At Amazon, we strive to be Earth’s most customer-centric company where people can find and discover anything they want to buy online. A self-motivated person with the ability to motivate the associates
Good people management skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
1-5 yrs of experience in managing a process and people as a lead
