About the role:
As a Player Relations Trainer at Baazi, you will be focused on delivering data-driven insights to various functional teams enabling them to make strategic decisions that add value to the top or bottom line of the business.

What you will do

Train agents on product, process, and skill as and when there are NHT batches
Conduct On Board Induction & Orientation Training for all new employees
To design and roll out a training calendar on monthly basis focusing on Skill-based Programs (70%) and Knowledge/Product based Programs (30%)
Responsible for content development and delivery of new training requirements as well as ongoing review of existing content for relevance to business or functional requirements
Be open to unlearning & learning.
To support the organization in its effort to be a Great Place to Work
Publish a regular training dashboard describing the progress & updates on training conducted and the effectiveness of the training on a month on month basis.
Monitor contacts and find out areas of opportunity
Work closely with Ops and Quality team to design action plans to plug areas of opportunity
Responsible for defined training conversion

What we look for

Managing retention during training.
Consistent alignment with operations by auditing calls, emails, chats, understanding needs, and conducting refreshers.
Demonstrating innovation in training by carrying floor requirements into classroom training.
Maintaining Data as per training processes.
Drive C-Sat & E-sat initiatives to add value to the Process and customer.
Must have excellent presentation and communication skills.
Should be able to drive key performance metrics related to training.
Must have the ability to work under pressure & in an unstructured environment.
Excellent communications skills.
Proficient with MS Office.
Production hours to be given weekly and also conducting daily audits for all verticals on a daily basis.
