What you will learn and contribute to
You will participate as individual contributor to team, in charge of Office Management for Noida (primary focus) and coordinating Chennai and Bangalore.
As part of our team, you will: You will be a part of Global Delivery Center’s Business Operations team.
Perform routine assignments within standardised procedures and practices with regular supervision to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Receive instructions, guidance and direction from others and use own knowledge and existing procedures to solve standard problems
Your skills and experience
You have: CNS C&CS OD GDC context, the office coordinator will carry out Office Management related tasks.
Communication and collaborator skills
Basic knowledge of MS-Office software suite
Acting as a first point of contact
Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Preparing reports, presentations
Using Nokia tools and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Liaising with the internal and external stakeholders
Collating and filing expenses
It would be nice if you also had:
Advanced knowledge of MS-Excel
Discretion and trustworthiness: you may be a party of confidential information
Flexibility and adaptability
Good communication skills
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work independently with minimum guidance and supervision
A good knowledge of MS-Office
Willingness for continuous learning and improvement
