The position of MARKETING executive assistant consists of support by executing orders given by the concerned administrator and working out to build relations on the behalf of clinic by meeting conerned people, arranging camps, organising camps, rtc for physicians and allied business, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing functions such as but not limited to receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
New Opening
The overall purpose is to help the founding directors who serve as consultants in the same organization in planning, managing and execute strategies for business development overall growth of the organization in terms of increased revenue and foot fall for patients . The organization needs someone with excellent execution capabilities for the strategies planned.
Major Responsibilities (but not limited to)
1.Meet Physicians or executives on behalf of the directors and Greet visitors as the face of the organization and determine wether they need to be given access to the specific individual. In short Marketing work involving travel primarily within 30km radius and occasionally outside. Communicate to concerned corporates and organisations for various camp or other activities related to marketing.
2 Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation for strategy planning or projects. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
3. Attend meetings to record minutes. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation for strategy planning or projects.
4. Make travel arrangements, logistics, troubleshooting for camps or related activities and for patients 3%
5. Involve visit to different centres of the organizations for executing strategies and implementing new ideas. Might involve an overnight stay sometimes on rare occasions.

Closely supervised as the reporting is directly to the directors of the organization.
Partly may involve screening of resumes and classifying them in order that it matches the requirement of the organisations for future openings
It involves access to confidential information. The position is very essential to the organization as the person will be the representative of the organization and the director. A level of elegance and discipline is mandatory.
Involves handling of the funds alloted by the directors. As allotted by the directors
It is important to this position that the incumbent be able to communicate fluently in English and or Hindi. The person might need to meet and follow up CEO or top position holders of various organizations. A good speaker in hindi with a touch of sophistication in the language is also welcome
