It was established in 2002 and benefitting over 15,00,000 underprivileged children, youth, women and their families every year, through 400 live welfare projects on subjects such as education, healthcare, youth employability and women empowerment, across 25 states of India. Adopting a life cycle approach to development, Smile Foundation focuses its interventions on children, their families and the community.
Business Head – Sustainable Development, the individual will be responsible to represent the organizationin the Northern Region wherein the primary responsibility would be to raise funds for the organization through Corporate PartnershipsThe individual will also be the administrative head of the Delhi office, which has personnel from other departments
Will develop, lead and manage the Corporate Partnership Team to achieve their respective targetsWill independently generate new business development to ensure that the regional fundraising target is achievedWill be expected (along with the Team) to generate business through event sponsorships, cause marketing, pay roll giving, donation drive campaigns and other innovative fundraising meansWill bring innovation in the current corporate fundraising strategyWill be actively involved in research, market trends and competitive analysisWill create and drive robust donor servicing and nurturing mechanismsWill be the P&L Head – Corporate Partnerships

Desired Profile
• Ideally from a Marketing/Branding/Communication/PR background • Should have good knowledge and experience in B2B sales/concept selling or related field
Should have an exposure/experience of leading a reasonable large team (direct reportees) in direct marketing scenarioHe/She should be a people’s person having strong inter-personal skills with an ability to create a cohesive environmentHe/She should have strong leadership abilities, self driven, self motivated, who can inspire other team membersPreferred background from: FMCG, Telecom, Automobiles, Insurance, Office automation industry, Heading Corporate Partnerships in Fundraising in NGO/Social Sector
