The Role Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the diary including booking of internal and external meetings and appointments.
Arrange biweekly and monthly meetings with direct reports and key stakeholders.
Ensure availability of all key papers/documents in advance of meetings.
Prepare itineraries; arrange flights and transfers, hotel bookings and other facilities,handling visa applications etc, in line with SCB’s travel policies
Prepare and process travel and expense claims
Manage/co-ordinate meetings
Assist in the preparation of presentations.
Co-ordination and management of tasks relating to office visits.
Involve and participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Plan and co-ordinate the induction for new team members; arrange logistics for the joiners eg Bank ID’s, IT requirements etc.
Administer all relevant system transactions
Ensure archives and files are maintained in effective formats.
Proactively monitor, manage and communicate annual leave and travel schedules
Organising team events.
Assist with the support team and ensure premises and IT issues are resolved]

Processes
Ensure that the MD and B4 office is managed smoothly
Ability to prioritize and assist in effective usage of the management
Act independently with minimum supervision, confidently make decisions and recommendations for solutions to issues
Work effectively and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, especially the offices of other senior stakeholders
Ability to help the team and assist them whenever necessary for the smooth running of the office.
Strong understanding of key stakeholders and their relationship to two Head’s role.
Effective communication with and management of key stakeholders, both internal and external, building trust and positive relationships to exceed expectations.
Effective partnering with other PAs in country, regional and the broader network, to share knowledge, expertise and resolve issues.

Our Ideal Candidate
College/University Degree;
Related working experience on Executive Assistant position in multi-national companies;
Good English command in both oral and written;
Good PC and analytics Skills;
Strong inter-personal skills;
Self-motivated and have team work spirit
