Job Description :
We are looking for a Executive Recruitment/Talent Acquisition to join our HR department and help us grow our Non-IT (Manufacturing/Industrial Vertical) teams. Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through an in-house database, using job portals, referrals.
The role will be responsible for screening candidates for knowledge, skills, and experience to scheduling them for further evaluation and then helping the client with the final offer and salary negotiation.
Executive Recruitment –
Source passive candidates
Search resume databases for the fittest candidates
Headhunt (find and approach candidates who aren’t actively looking for a job)
Communicate with Hiring Managers
Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies
Write and proofread job descriptions
Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
Use a multi-channel approach to recruit
Evaluate which sources bring the best candidates
Identify key recruiting KPIs
Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Interview candidates following company’s rules and regulations
Adhere to laws, rules, and regulations
Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress. Recruiter requirements and qualifications
1+ years of experience as Recruiter or similar HR role
Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
Passion about HR and Talent Acquisition methods
Ability to scan large volumes of resumes.
1+ years of experience in Employer Branding methods
Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing
Good understanding and experience with HR tools such as ATS and HRIS
Some understanding of basic marketing strategies
l thinker and problem-solving skills
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Any Consultancy background candidate is first preference Finding Candidates through Job Portals, shortlisting, and scheduling the interviews.
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
. Good interpersonal skills along with good English communication ability.
Must be able to work on MS Office.
Should possess the will to work on multiple requirements – Should have hands-on experience on IT/Non-IT profiles.
Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.
Consultancy recruitment experience is a must
Ambitious and eager to hit goals each month
Exposure to middle level to senior level hiring is required
Exposure to NON – IT Recruitment will be preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: Up to ₹145,000.00 per year
