• Develop & Grow business from Large retail Format & Brand Exclusive Stores

• Drive Extraction norms from modern Trade

• Govern ISD productivity

• Drive Engagement program for Modern Trade Team

• Build Robust PROMOTER APP LED ISD Management

• Standardize S&D/MIS

• Develop Lead Management System

• Creating Merchandising Norms for Modern Trade

Skills Required

• Ability to ensure excellence in execution

• Ability to collaborate and work with large teams

• Analyze data and draw insights

• Consultation, facilitation and selling skills

• Enterprising and ability to convince stakeholders

• Basic computer literacy MS Office – Excel

Educational Qualifications

• Full Time graduate, preferably MBA/ PGDM

Work Experience

• 4-8 years of Sales Experience ,Preferably Telecom/FMCG”
