Responsibilities
To ensure customer satisfaction regarding on time and safe delivery.To monitor the daily sales calls and achieving daily sales targets of the team.The primary role would be maximizing the sales of products in your stateThe prime responsibility will be to work as a team to achieve the sales and distribution of the company products.To achieve the primary and secondary targets assigned to your team from time to timeHave to identify the Potential area and to expand the market base for SKM products by increasing the distribution.To implement the norms pertaining to stockiest appointment, stock holding, town coverage, customer service and strive to build the corporate image of the company.To build excellent relationship with the doctors and in particular to the Stockists, Customers.Marketing and sales of Ayurveda, Siddha, and Unani medicinal products.Tie up with institutional customers.Arrangement and execution of promotional activitiesTo Guide and manage the sales teamFix up targets and work towards achieving the sameDay to day Reporting of Market activities to Sales Head / Sales Admin.
