We are hiring for Chief Commercial Officer for our Automotive Brand – Autofacets

Chief Commercial Officer:

Manage the commercial & sales team while being heavily involved in “Key Accounts” for growth and New Business growth.
Create & execute commercial strategies aimed at accelerating growth.
Present industry trends & create an effective business plan based on commercial opportunities (Solutions and Products).
Manage the commercial and sales teams with the goal of improving key metrics / Targets.
Provide financial & revenue insights to the rest of the brands’ team of executives.
Implementing and maintain sales processes designed to achieve specific sales objectives. Work along with CSO (Chief Sales Officer)
Establish relevant business KPIs for achieving Targets (EC and NC).
Develop an understanding of customers’ needs and make sure they are met (EC Growth)
Work with the marketing team to create strategies that boost the Solution / product awareness (Commercially)
Develop partnerships with at accelerating the Brand’s growth.
Assist in the development of budgets and other financial systems within the company.
Suggestions for corrective action if sales are below the budget.
Responsible for the approval of the company’s product pricing and positioning.
Follow up on daily sales achievements and provide frequent updates to the CEO.
The Analysis of Brand activity to develop the best and most effective business plans and establish realistic and meaningful KPIs.
