Role and Responsibilities:
Resolves customer query/complaints/problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, escalating unresolved problems
Should be able to manage customer and vendor queries without being biased, adaptive and quick learner.
Skills Required
Minimum 6-month customer service (inbound Exp.), Fresher with great communication is also welcomed.
Additional Regional Language would be great
