Are you looking for an opportunity to progress your skills in a Global Learning and Development Team where you will provide administrative support to the leadership team? If so, this is the role for you.
As Learning and Organizational Development Staff you will be responsible for providing coordination support for the HR teams initiatives and management tracking. You will also participate in the learning program coordination and global reporting that supports the Vice President and Directors in the team.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Create a yearly learning curriculum with the vendors including pricing, dates, and coordination of all paperwork for the global learning organization
Complete all required MyLearning input and Outlook information for ongoing tracking of attendance for the programs
Send pre-work in advance of all workshops, provide materials, and resources and ensure efficient tracking, communication, and reporting
Collect, analyze, and assemble quarterly metrics for various learning programs by providing graphs and information for learning programs for employees
Prepare quarterly budgets for all required purchase orders for the year, monthly accrual, and variance reporting
Oversee the administration of the Management Essentials Learning Program and the 360 Feedback program
Collect and assemble data required for Government training reports
Run Employee Relations quarterly reporting to obtain monthly reports, analyze, and assemble information on opened and closed quarterly cases
Coordinate the agenda, communication, location, equipment, and required resources for HR meetings/events
Coordinate and distribute the Leaders Direct communication newsletter
Provide accurate, organized, and efficient administrative support and other related duties as assigned within a fast-paced work environment
Provide calendar and expense reporting support for the leadership team
Manage assigned projects to meet required outcomes and timelines
Share best practice process improvements with other executive assistants to simplify and increase efficiencies to day-to-day processes
Keep executive/immediate team informed and up-to-date about the status/progress of projects, and all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities
Provide back up support/overflow support to other Executive Assistants
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
2+ years’ of experience on LMS plus any ticketing tool.
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Knowledge of financial acumen
Ability to work both independently and function well within a team
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage priorities with a sense of urgency and at a high level of professionalism
Strong written communication skills and high technical proficiency with software applications/programs
