Our partners, some of the most prestigious hospitals and medical facilities located in the New York Metropolitan area, have numerous temporary openings for Executive Assistants.
Responsibilities include: Extensive experience providing administrative support to top level executives and liaising between top level executives and direct reports. Skilled at prioritizing and executing high volume workloads with deadlines. Calendar Management – organization of meetings, seminars vendor meetings and presentations. Prepare expense reports, purchase orders and other documents. Extensive telephone coverage, prioritizing calls by matters of importance for response. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Administrative/Executive role, Knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel) Education: HS Diploma required but preferred Associates or Bachelor’s Degree.
