Job Brief:
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to Operations Director, Employees, Engagement Team and Senior Managing group, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.Schedules meetings for operations Director and calendar management.Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.Employee Time and Expenses management.Employee Attendance Management.Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systemsAbility to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative supportAct as the point of contact for internal and external clientsMaintain and order office suppliesRespond to questions and requests for information.Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner.
Qualification and Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required.
2-3 years of administrative assistant experience.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
